NaBloPoMo, Day 6: I’m Grateful for. . .

Some of my favorite Frank Underwood (F. U.)

Democracy is so overrated.
For those of us climbing to the top of the food chain, there can be no mercy. There is but one rule: hunt or be hunted.
The road to power is paved with hypocrisy, and casualties.
It only takes ten seconds to crush a man’s ambitions.

Thanks to my brother-in-law, I’m a House of Cards addict. I can’t wait for the new season to be released. The rumor is that it will be released February 2015 and if that’s the case, I can assure you there will be no blogging or much of anything else going on until the binge is done.

My iPad will be hooked up to the television, phone on silent or maybe off with the message: “Binge watching House of Cards. Leave a message. And in the immortal words of Frank Underwood

“Of all the things I hold in high regard, rules are not one of them”.

Nutritional staples will include:

  • Water
  • Gingerale
  • Pizza
  • Cereal (Frosted Flakes, Froot Loops,
  • Sandwiches
  • Salads
  • Gummie Bears
  • Goldfish

I’ve always loathed the necessity of sleep. Like death, it puts even the most powerful men on their backs.

And there will be no sleep until the binge is complete.
